My friend and I went into the shop at Watney Street and wish we hadn't. Firstly there were two containers in the middle of the floor as there had obviously been a water leak and then we were surprised to have our hot sausage rolls in a paper bag not on a plate. We know the days are long gone when you got your hot drink in a china cup but the taste of the coffe was overcome by the horrible thick plastic cups. I looked up the head office address to complain but when I read the review section I found that not supplying plates was now the policy. A bad move as we will not visit your shops again. |
