"Where did the stables go"

These stables have been empty for over two years ,just left to rot and providing no alternative place to ride any where else in Kensington.How can a 200yr old buiding which has housed horses for just as long suddenly get change of use to a family dwelling.Most of Elvaston mews remains empty which is a crying shame to our community,Shame on you Kensington council!.
