"S & B Motors - Edgware"

S & B Motors is the most professional garage I have ever had the pleasure of visiting and I would and have recommended it to anyone who cares to listen! I own several prestigious cars and had a random fault on one of them when passing S & B Motors, I popped in and was pleasantly greeted by a very pleasant receptionist, whom, I might add, was very knowledgeable about the motor industry!

Nevertheless, not long after sipping a mouthful of coffee, as kindly prepared by the receptionist, was the Manager there in front of me asking how he might help me....well within minutes they had my car in the garage and a diagnostics examination revealed I had a problem with my alternator!

Unfortunately a spare part wasn't immediately available, owing to the make of car etc, but I was advised that this part could be arranged for delivery within a few hours and if needs be a courtesy car could be made available to me!

Well....at this point I'm going to say now that I have NEVER had such excellent customer service anywhere, let alone in a car garage, the likes of Mercedes, BMW, AUDI etc....don’t even compare! Anyway...I was fine hanging around and amused my self for a few hours around the local shops!

I received a call less than 2 hours later saying that my car was repaired and ready to go! Upon my return I was handed the paperwork/invoice which included, whether by accident or not, a copy of the part invoice as well as a breakdown of labour etc! I couldn't believe how my calling in at late notice, without an appointment etc, and with an obviously busy garage, as there were plenty of other motor vehicles there, how the works could be so cheap?

Anyway....that it was, CHEAP, or...certainly GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY, and more pleasantly surprised I was when I discovered that they had also managed to find time to clean my car!

If you ever do anything from now on....make sure you take your car to S & B Motors!! They are brilliant and I will always take all my cars there from now on!!!
