"Lack of information"
A review of Royal Mail by Philip - Saturday 6th of March 2010
Using the web to ascertain the collection times of Royal Mail from the sorting office (now renamed, preusmably by jobsworths, to "delivery office") in Lodge Lane, North Finchley, appears to be a waste of time.
None of the links at this site bring up a page with collection times, which it happens are most important items of information for people with urgent paper mail.
Oh, the reason I am suddenly stuck for the collection times of the Lodge Lane sorting office is that the collection time at the post office in Regent's Park Road, Finchley Central, has recently had the Saturday collection time changed from 12:30p.m. to noon, and so the time I arrived there with my important and urgent letter, 12:15 p.m., was too late.
