"Great sofas lousy customer service"

Today we had our sofas delivered, one had been slightly damaged by the fork lift truck.

I rang the store...Chichester.....they did not want to know and gave me 08451960000.

Hint to bhs....deal with your own complaints.

It took me 35 minutes sitting on the phone to get a reply...then I was transferred!!

It is a month before a ' technician' will vist!!!!!

The technician will not give appointment times!!!!

When I complained they siad ' we are not bhs'..good response.

I rang the manager at Chichester to complain. I am still waiting for him to call back..
