Can't speak for the doctor himself but trying to contact the Wood St surgery is a nightmare! The line either goes dead after a few ring or you end up in a holding loop "all of our operators are busy please wait or call at a less busy time". After going round this loop several times you are cut off as "Dr I's practice is available. It seems all times are busy!

If you can't get to the surgery to request a repeat prescription you can fax it. Except on 8/100 times I,ve tried to do this they don't receive it. Why can't they receive emails instead? This is 2010!.
