"Not a good experience"

I'm sure CBN is excellent if you can get through to some one who speaks English well enough to understand basic questions. Unfortunatly so far I have not succeeded, however my wife who speaks tagalog has had more success. Too much hassle for me, I'm too busy to play games with non professional people who really are not equipped to be on a hotline. Just another example of doing things cheaply, you get waht you pay for? You dont pay much and you dont get much.
