I have been going to Expressions in Hair for many years too. I have to agree with some of the other comments it does depend on who you get to the level of service recieved. I tend to find the junior staff do not even do the basics of asking your name or identifying who they are.(and don't you just hate when they are young and call you darling)! It always seems to me they are lacking the training required to keep their clients happy. Even if you do book your appointment for a certain time you will find that you could be sitting in there for 3 hours for a simple wash/set/condition put it this way my current hairdressers takes 1.5hrs which is becaues she concentrates on the client and does not jump from one to the other. I do have to say I have been happy going there it was just the time issue whic made me look elsewhere. |
