"For average food and unfriendly staff"
A review of Coco Noodle Bar by Charles Smithee - Thursday 18th of March 2010
Look no further if this is what you are after. There are no smiles to be had in this run-of-the-mill noodle bar, especially if you have children with you. My wife and our two children were excited at the prospect of a noodle dinner, and upon arrival were shuffled into a corner without so much as a smile. We ordered a couple of fresh apple juices for the children, and chow mein - this arrived quickly enough. But the juice was definitely watered down, and the beef was tough and bland. Anyway, to cut a long story short, they refused to give a pair of chopsticks to the kids, and shouted at us to leave when I took a pair anyway. A bit more research brought this to light - http://www.ealing.gov.uk/press_releases/2010/january/PR81.html and now I regret not having looked up this place on the web before we went. Two words - steer clear.
