"Cheap, fast, acceptable"

I always get my hair cut at Mr Toppers. It's always, cheap and fast, and no-nonsense. It's good if you're not too fussy. However, you can be lucky and get a good barber, or unlucky, like I was today, and get someone who is useless. Today, after my cut, I walked straight into another barbers to rectify the disaster..
