Due to the Icelandic volcano eruption we were stuck in Madrid for 5 days, we were very pleased with the service received from Iberia Airlines as we were booked into a 4 star hotel on a full board basis. We were kept informed as to what was happening. Obviously it was a very stressful time for staff and passengers, well done Iberia Airlines.
