I ordered delivery to travel lodge and asked the price. i was told £33.25 but driver charged me £35.00 he is not intended to return change as well. i had to ask for change myself. i was not given bottle of wine as promised by management at the time of order(complimentary drink above £30). poor english, goon like staffs.no sense of customer service.one staff probably driver doesnot understand english, no flexibility, negative experience, never again in gurkha..
