My husband and I visited Wiggin Tree in Parbold lancs. We have been fans of Miller and Carter. Not so now. On the 18/4 we wanted a simple dinner my husband ordered plain chicken burger, it arrived with everything on. Ok we all make mistakes so back it went, 2nd attempt this time with mayo on . My husband cannot eat dairy products and I really think this was a simple request. The waitress was great and offered to get the manamger but my husband (being very British declined)Point is they knew they had made a mistake twice! it is up to them to compensate us. My meal was fine but this poor customer service left a bad taste (pardon the pun)Come on Miller and Carter get your act together.
