"Jeff Banks Hipsters"

'Jeff Banks' for me used to be synominous with style and quality. The style is still there but regretably the quality, judged by recent purchases, isn't.
Hipsters used to have a 38mm deep waist band but this has been reduced by 10% to 35mm which has reduced the performance. A new pair, worn once has the waist band already showing signs of roll- over and losing its shape.
A second new pair, again having been worn only once, developed a hole in the fabric which itself does not seem to have the same elasticity and strength as of old.
I notice from the packing box that the products were made in China. I hope that I have simply been unfortunate and had a rogue batch and that the quality I have always associated with Jeff Banks will be resumed.
I will return the items to the store from which I bought them?
