My friend and I recently travelled to Funchal on one of your flights (03/05/2010) ex Manchester and we were due to return on Monday 10th May. Due to the ash problem we did not return until the Thursday. I want to express my sincere thanks for the way in which your company dealt with the situation - they put us all up at the Savoy Garden Hotel(a very nice friendly hotel) on a half board basis,and kept us well informed regarding the ongoing situation - your reps.were also excellent.
Once again many thanks and every success for the future. I feel people are always quick to complain -but not always quick to give praise.
