"Krypto Security are really good"

To cut a long story short I had to break down my door and the lock came out of the door hinge. Rang up Krypto, they gave me a 2 hour window when they'd be around (after checking what part of the day i'd prefer) and then gave me a ring within 10 minutes of the first time slot I gave. Gave me a rough idea of the costs over the phone, upon arrival informed me that it should only take 15 minutes to re-attach the lock. As you pay for a 30 minute call out he said that he'd check the other locks if I wanted at no extra charge- realigned my secondary lock and also sorted out a dodgy window lock that I had for no extra charge. The guy was really friendly, tidied after himself and kept to the original quote. Hero..
