To whom it may concern,
May I just say, the bus driver on the 31st May (Bank Holiday) driving the 33 Bus to Hammersmith at 8.46pm was wonderful. With a smile and complete commitment to ensure that my sister arrived safely at the required destination in Richmond was commendable.
So often we are confronted with unhelpful and disinterested drivers that in all honesty don’t care less, it was a delight to meet such a committed and responsible driver.
He was young and possible the new bread of driver that Fulwell are now employing.
