"Really really bad"

Hi, I went to Essex for the weekend and we went to the BBs coffee shop at the outlet at Braintree, we had a toasted sandwich each and they were disgusting, i had cheese and onion and there was one thin square of cheese in it, both ends about an inch had nothing at all in it, it was tastless and my husband had a sausage on and it had just one small sausage cut into 6 pieces, both sandwiches only taste of bread. I have been in other BBs which are good but this one was terrible..
