"Rude receptionist!"

I tried to call for an appointment to register and the receptionist was rude and said she is unable to speak to me as it was before 11am!! I explained that I can't call after 11 due to working until 7pm. She suggested I call back another day!! they only have one telephone line - I will be taking my service else where. .
