"Change in chef?"

I was a regular at this restaurant, the food was perfect. One of the best italians I've ever eaten in.

Over the last few months I've been disappointed on each occasion I visited. I was hoping it was always a once off so I've kept giving it another chance. But each time the same....food over cooked. Duck was fatty, potatoes not cooked, carrots still a bit raw.

Has the original chef moved on?.
