"Agree with the previous review for New ID"

I love New ID, I have been to 3 different make over companies the past and these guys are by far the best of them.

What really makes a difference here is not only the great hair and make up products but the attitude of the staff. I think any experience can be made or broken by the staff and the New ID guys just hit the mark. All happy and enthusiastic the staff really turn this into a great experience, they take the time to understand your needs and requirements unlike other experiences I have had where you feel more like you are on a conveyer belt than a place to enjoy a unique experience and get treated like a rag doll being thrown about having hair and make up done that is nothing to do with the look that you personally want to achieve. The other thing I love about New ID is the fact it runs to time, and unlike other places you don’t hang around waiting for half an hour here and an hour and a half there waiting for the next part of the experience.

My last comment has to be the utter lack of pushy sales people that scare you half to death and wont let you out of the door until you have remortgaged your house and sold everything you own to pay them. New ID don’t push, they do a great job and for me it’s the only place to go for your special day and you just know they are going to make it extra special
