"Contact direct by phone"

Have tried twice to contact by phone the Old Kent Road branch and neither time have they answered the call it seems odd that a company dedicated to telephonic communication should be so reluctant to answer the phone, or are all the staff busy just chasing the next sale doesn't bode well for the rest of their service..
