"Soooo cold"
A review of Greengate Dental Surgery by Choco1 - Wednesday 22nd of September 2010
I've been registered at this dentist for a few years now. To-date I had no problem with them even when they kept changing the my dentist - they've all been pleasant enough. After a 2 year gap I needed a checkup. I was told to pay £16.50 before I was even seen which put my back up straight away. My dentist was cold and not very friendly. After examining my mouth and taking x-rays she shoved a piece of paper in front of me for signature for the cost of(£46) and told me I needed a filling without even showing me what tooth it was. She didn't show me the x-rays. I told her I needed to know where the cavity was. She said we would discuss the next time I came in.
I was denfinitely not impressed. Would love to change, but do I have any choice.
