I love my dentist but am truly frustrated by the receptionist system. The phone is always either engaged or you get someone saying "just hold on a minute" and then nothing for what seems like ages. Three times I have had to go back to work without being able to rearrange my appointment (to set it up in the first place I had to drive all the way from Enfield to Hackney because I couldn't get through on the phone). Am still trying to change a date (three days and fourteen phone calls so far). How about having a computerised system or at least an email address?.
