"High staff turnover"

The Hopes and Dreams is essentially a business for They chase alot of awards which are plastered all over the main reception. They have a very business like approach. The staff spend alot of time engaged in admin. It is expensive it is safe but that is it. There are too mnay children there for the floor space available. The tnaff are worked very hard.We have removed our child preferring one-to-one care..
