"An invaluable early start"

I began school with Sister Scholastica in September 1949. I learned my letters, sounds and tables by rote - never to be forgotten!

I remember my schooldays with pleasure. I passed the 11+ aged eleven and went off to Tottenham High School for girls.

I am very grateful for the start that I was given at the Holy Family Convent College and have enjoyed a very full career in teaching myself..
