"Food still great, service not so great"

I was very excited when I initially discovered this chinese take away last year, I even left a review(see; great food, great service).

Unfortunately in the last 6 months the level of service has significantly dropped;I've received the wrong, have had terrible spillages(HATE THIS, especially when it's chilly oil) noticed my duck in one portion of Roast duck and mushroom seemed non-existant.

To top it off whilst the manager Andy can be very helpful, I find i get a very rude reception whenever i complain. And considering that i not only order from them once or twice a week but have also passed their number round to my friends and famlly, I just find this totally unacceptable.

I am starting to consider taking my business elsewhere.... The food is still yummy though ;-).
