"Good Quality Job Bad Customer Service"

All i wanted to do was to get a quotation of fixing my dress up and by mistake they sent my dress for alteration which I clearly said no till I get a quotation. So the lady at the counter started being rude and aggressive and told me where to go when i said that i didn't wanna pay for the alteration and I had to wait for four days to get my dress back. And that too very hastily. What happened to customer rights?
All I can say is, I have even been there before for other stuff and they do a good job on the items, but when something goes wrong, they won't accept that they had made a mistake! And the lady had the cheek to tell me they had alot of business, they didn't need mine! Would you not get frustrated with such comments?!!
