"Phone calls"

A review of Malaysia Airlines by Anthea Miller written on Monday 25th of October 2010

It seems pointless to say that one can phone 24 hours a day when no-one every answers. There is simply a string of recorded messages. I have a simple enquiry about carrying a musical instrument when I fly with you. Apart from a note on the Baggage Information pages that a small musical instrument can be carried as hand luggage, there is nothing else and it's impossible to get information over the phone because it's impossible to get anyone to answer! SMALL as a description of a musical instrument is fairly meaningless. I am trying to enquire about a guitar in a rigid case. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO FIND OUT!.
