Well i must agree, like Terry i bought a elysee sonic toothbrush and i am unable to get the heads. I totally agree it reflects badly on Bid TV and to some degree, the toothbrush although quite good is a waste of money....whats the use of having a toothbrush when you can't replace the heads.
