Popped into BRB in Wanstead High st and the place was buzzing with the rumour that London Amateur Poker are going to be holding a weekly Not for Cash fun Pub Poker Tournament on a Wednesday. If you have never been to A London Amateur Poker event you should- They offer a fun social nightout with a friendly game. All levels of player are welcomed and they even teach beginners the basics. I hope that the manager was right when he said he thought the poker night was starting on The 6th of March and then weekly on a wednesday - currently i go to one of LAP's games in Moorgate on a monday so this way I will get to play twice :) Come on BRB sort it out :) |
