My friend bought me a Finsbury Filofax from Paperchase Tunbridge Wells in November 2010...a Christmas present. When I sat down to fill in the diary last week, it was a 2010 diary insert.
I telephoned the branch concerned and they said they were sorry and would send me a 2011 insert. Jennifer Lucas rang me the next day to confirm all the details and inform me they would be in the post that evening.
It is sad that one can get so excited that someone actually does what they say they will and are more than pleasant about it. I spoke to three people in all at T.Wells branch and all of them were very personable and efficient. Other companies should take note. Faith restored THANK YOU!!
