"Impossible to order furniture"

I have been trying in vain to place an order for two accent chairs from the Elba Range but as the web site does not show any colour options it is impossible to place the order. I have been emailing customer services and have been offered 3 swatches to help make a colour choice. Why are the colour options not on the web site???? I have been an online shopper for many years and have never found it so difficult to place an order. .
