"Not customer service focussed"

The service is rather like a London cafe - hit and miss service and you are treated as one of a thousand nameless faces that might come through the door. There is no focus on customer service in order to generate a loyal customer base, they just want numbers through the door. If you're fine with that and have built up a tough London skin to crappy customer service, then its an adequate salon. If you want to be spoilt/pampered, then go elsewhere.
