I am totally in agreement with Mr Jones, I have the same problem & feel it should be addressed, how can you sell a product & then customers are unable to obtain replacements. I for one am very disappointed & have no alternative than to purchase a new brush unit, it will certainly not be a Elysee.

If anyone is taking the trouble to read this,@ Elysee please reply
