That a company actually took the time to find out what their customer wants and gives it to them!
I am so fed up with the likes of Dell and HP who think they can take your money and then absolve themselves of all responsibility for their products.
Puterz told me exactly how much my new computer would cost - and stuck to it!
When it went wrong after 2 weeks they picked it up, fixed it (not their fault) and returned it to me for nothing. This is how it should be!!
Dell take note!
