"BFPO CHARGES? - "never 'eard of 'em!""

I tried to post a parcel to BFPO 8 (Naples) at Savoy Parade sorting office Enfield middx. The gentleman charged me normal parcel rates to Italy. When I asked for BFPO rates he said 'I have worked here for years and never heard of such a thing" when I explained I had been sending mail to relatives at various BFPO addresses (including war zones) for years he went to ask a colleague. He came back and said the colleague that he asked had worked there for 20 years and he also had never heard of BFPO rates!!! I thanked him and took my parcel to a "proper" post office whose staff were, of course, familiar with this support for our service heroes. Could you please retrain your staff to make them aware of this facility and show that as a country at least the Post Office (a national institution) appreciate what they do?.
