The number above is good to get through to the staff at Air India but the call is diverted to their Mumbai call centre.

They managed to sort out my seat allocation but could not deal with my frequent flyer matter and said that I needed to contact my local call centre on 020 8745 1020 which is constantly engaged and useless to try. .
