"Useless bunch of crooks"

I went there this morning at 9am to get some lences product for my friend who was sleeping over. As they didn't have the exact product I asked for their help handling the cleaning bottle and the conditioning one. When I asked what was the difference, they (2 shop assistants) just read me what was written on the bottle and they had no idea what was best to use for this situation. I got the cleaning bottle and when my friend woke up at 11am she told me it was the wrong one. I went back to them and they refused to exchanged or refund the bottle that I bought 2h30min earlier, that was sealed and still had their own price label on it.

This is outrageous as there is nowhere in the shop where it says that they don't exchange or refund!

And we are supposed to trust them with our health when they can't inform you on basics?.
