SACK THE CHEF. 4 Keep the interest of ordinary punters? BRING IN TRADITIONAL INDIAN LIVE BAND WITH DANCERS! 5 Build a lasting relationship with regulars? SADLY< THAT REMAINS TO BE SEEN!!!
