A few months ago I purchased a Walnut Whip Eyeliner from a local rep. Despite numerous attempts to sharpen the pencil (encased in plastic, not wood)(special sharpeners, scalpels, stanley knife) I had to give up, having reduced the length to less than half. The local rep had moved away - I gave up on a bad buy.
Last month I was in Cribbs Causeway, Bristol, saw a VV shop and decided to tell the young woman my tale of woe. Without ANY hesitation, she not only insisted on my having a free replacement, but provided me with a special VV sharpener to ensure I enjoyed the use of her product without further hassle.
EXCELLENT PR AND SERVICE - PLEASE PASS ON MY COMPLIMENTS AND SINCERE THANKS TO THIS YOUNG LADY IN YOUR CRIBBS CAUSEWAY, BRISTOL OUTLET. (I was there on Monday 12th February) MY FAITH IN VV PRODUCTS RESTORED! (I love the face powder and lipstick, anyway!)
