"Pre-packed food!"

Just had my first experience at Spur! Dont get the ribs! I ordered chicken and rib combo, i got half a rack of ribs. Half of that rack was grisel it was shocking the meat didnt drop off the bone like you get normally. I was very disappointed, i told the waitress when she asked if everything was ok. I said i was disappointed with the quality of ribs, she said that they had recently changed the supplier and they now come pre-packed with the sauce already on. She told us we werent the first to complain and probably wont be the last! Waiter service wasnt great but not terrible. Unfortunately i wouldnt go back. .
