"Could be good - BUT needs a decent phone system"

There are good and bad aspects to this medical centre, however, tempers would be less frayed and staff wouldn't need to be so offhand when clients have received poor service IF: A phone system that works without costing a fortune and going around in circles was installed - too much information is on the current system A MUCH BETTER STAFF TRAINING PROGRAMME. I've seen and heard situations handled very poorly when problems arise due to staff who appear poorly trained, or simply impatient and dismissive remarks made to patients. REMEMBER: WITHOUT PATIENTS THERE WOULD BE NO MEDICAL CENTRE - PLEASE TREAT CLIENTS WITH RESPECT
