"Bhs, no size guide online, no way to email them either. Do they want our custome"

I buy online, can't find decent t-shirts for my 14 year old. (Unless I want plain, skulls or skateboards). I looked up the BHS size guide. Thought it must be a mistake, someone hasn't set up the table properly, it just lists numbers with no spaces, no titles. That's OK if you are in the mood for a puzzle, or have time. Who does? So, I checked their web site FAQ. No mention of sizes. Do they not know that sizes vary, and some clue as to theirs would be helpful? So, I tried to contact them through email. I can't. The reason for contacting them must be given from their list, and concerns orders. There is no listing for 'other'. Maybe the reason they don't know how unhelpful and useless their website is unless you are familiar with their products, is that you can't contact them through it either.

A lost customer BHS, you must be making a lot of money to be as sloppy as this..
