"Dreadfull telephone service"

I am a business class passanger and I am totally frustrated by the poor telephone service. I have flown a few times with Etihad and no grumbles. However, my health has deteriorated and I need to rearrange my return flight- ages on the computer to find approprate phone number, have more importent things to do on a business trip and thoroughly put off using Etihad again! Please advise? .
