"Underselling makes a nice change"

I went to buy fireworks from Absolutely Fabulous fireworks in October 2011. I had to wait while the sales assistant dealt with the guy in front of me. The assistant was very attentive to the guy's needs but what impressed me most was that, after listening to the explanation of the venue, etc, the assistant persuaded the guy to not buy what he was intending to buy but to opt for smaller, cheaper fireworks instead. Underselling is a nice change in this day and age. The assistant was equally helpful when dealing with me and I found their whole customer service excellent.

The only downside was that the fireworks I bought were hugely disappointing and their performance did not match their description. I put this down to the fact that it was a wet night and the rain must have affected them, rather than anything to do with the supplier.

So, despite my ultimately disappointing experience, I would still thoroughly recommend Asolutely Fabulous as a place to obtain your fireworks, particularly if you are not sure what you want and need some expert advice..
