"Outrageous postage!"

I agree that the staff are all lovely and very helpful, but the website is terrible for those of us who don't have time to drive all the way to one of their shops.

The biggest problem is the astronomical postage charges (and that's after battling through the webform that seems to think it's in the US) - £5 for a pair of ties that would cost half that to post. £12 for a PE top? It doesn't cost that to post and pack it so what's the enormous charge for?.
