"Total dissappointment"

I took my mother-in-law to this restaurant on Mother's Day. we were all extremely upset about their service and food. The fried taro we ordered came first, but it was cold, i don't want to guess how long it had been sitting in the kitchen. The staff failed to notice that our teapot needed a refill, even though it wasn't that busy during that late afternoon. The Staff handed us the bill while my father-in-law was still having his dessert, that was really rude. I would never go back there again. The food wasn't that great anyway.
