"Never answer phone, get message saying it is an answer phone but doesn't allow y"

I agree - its disgusting, they now have a phone message that says it is an answer phone but which doesn't allow you to leave a message and just asks you to call back later only for the phone never to be answered, so other than going to the office which is difficult for many people there is no other way to check whether they have any mail held back when you never received sent items - appalling service at southbury office.
