My husband and I had occasion to visit your branch at Freeport, Braintree recently. We arrived at around 1.30pm. There were not very many customers in attendance. My husband waited 10 minutes for a simple burger and chips! When he asked for a small ice cream sundae he was told they did not have any! We feel the service in this branch was apalling. Not a very good advert for your chain. We would think twice about going to any other of your restaurants!
